Bay Bridge Series : Family Adventures Photographer : Oakland-San Francisco, CA

Last weekend we had a family outing to explore and walk across the new span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, which connects the East Bay city of Oakland and San Francisco. If you are a local, you are very familiar with this project. The new span of the Bay Bridge (as us locals like to call it) has been a project in the works for several years. It will continue to be for a few more years as they work to remove the old span of the bridge and do other work that my husband would be much better at explaining than I will. The addition of a safely barricaded pedestrian and bicycle pathway has been a great addition to the bridge. The juxtaposition of the two bridges offers drivers, cyclists and walkers a really interesting and unique perspective between old and new. I found myself drawn to the leading lines and patterns in every direction you looked. It's a pretty spectacular sight and made for a fun family outing!Photos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not Copy Photos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not Copy Photos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not CopyPhotos_Lori Fuller Photography_Do Not Copy
